Unique times in Da Nang We had such a wonderful experience In Dimotrip with Miss Nhi during our trips in Da Nang! We joined the Ba Na Hills Tour, Cham Island Tour, and Marble Mountains Tour, and every trip was well organized from start to finish. Miss Nhi was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. She made everything easy for us and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the experience. Stay away for your own safety Seasoned international traveller. Had the worst experience with this company. Vehicles are unsafe and Company is terrible to deal with. Booked an ATV tours. ATV capsized on my wife. Had a broken bone. Company was fighting about refunds. Company was fighting about paying for medical bills. Company refuses to give me public liability insurance details. Wastes hours going to shops on the way to and back from Ba Na We should have known from the price that there was something off about this tour. They force you to go to stores for shopping trips. They tried to pass them off as “short breaks” but it was really a forced shopping tour. The first is a pearl farm where they had a 30 minute long wait and presentation on pearls which no one is interested in and tried to sell overpriced jewelry and necklaces. We had to be ready around 7am and didn’t get to Ba Na until 11am due to these unnecessary stops. Then on the way back they bring you to a dry goods store and make you walk through the entire maze of products. We didn’t get home until 6:30pm. Such a waste of time. Don’t let them try to con you into thinking these are bathroom or water breaks. They are not. They are very clearly getting commissions from peddling tourists to these scam stores.

Bad experience, poor organised, over charge tickets A1 seat with Mikazuki Water Park value package for $174 for couple but was not value instead over price, got rip off. The price for Diff has drop from 2000k to 1230k All seats apart from vip are bad. You raised 3x higher than vip and edge is covered by high yellow barrier so you cannot see when force to seat. No one can stand , only staff can. We cannot see the ppl show, but only the firework show. The firework is long and boring. No theme. Hour long. Shooting firework up. Ppl was excited as never seen other countries firework. Even staff sat in illegal seat where we sat before, was playing mobile games. This is first day of firework show lol. Imagine him doing 6 more shows. You had to get there 3.5 hr early. Queue, no ac, no wc in 34c heat. Friends of staff jump the queue. They had separate queue area for a1, so bad. The vip seat was bad for firework show lol. They could see the ppl show but cannot firework show as the ppl show massive board cover their direct view lol so they could only see firework from the sky and nothing in the base. You would be better to go early and stand in the river bank for free. Or pay for hotel in front of the show . You get ac, better seat , wc and drinks. Don't be like us a tourism fool to pay $174 each for this show. And double fool , paying inflated price to kkday. Official site is much cheaper. I took ppl show with 2m mobile stand and record. Finger cross it was recording as we are not allowed to stand, only staff. Staff was laughing as they had the best view but got tired and sat in illegal seating area . I am not sure why they said 5 star by someone. You decide to pay $174 couple, 4 hr wait. Wastes valuable time going to unwanted shopping stops!! Stay away! They waste your time taking you to many shops! They were very vague on the schedule and did not inform us of these stops ahead of time so we had no choice when booking. They take you to a pearl shop on the way to Ba Na which wasted a whole hour. By the time we got to Ba Na we were already weary and the crowds were heavy then. On the way back they take you to another shop with overpriced goods. We were so exhausted by the end of the day that we just wanted to get back to our hotel. It all seems very shady and they get kickbacks from the shops for bringing tourists but it ruins the entire day!
