1. General terms

• These terms govern the use of the Viet WorkPress website and our tour services.
• By using our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
• We may amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Prices

• Prices displayed on our website are “from” prices and may change because of exchange rates, availability or seasonality.
• Optional activities and extra services may be available at an additional cost.

3. Booking and payment policies

• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
• Deposits start from 30% of the total tour price; visa fees and air tickets require 100% payment.
• The remaining balance is due on arrival in Vietnam in cash, or 15 days before departure by credit card or bank transfer.
• Bank or transaction fees are borne by the client.
• Late payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellation and refund policy

• Air tickets follow the relevant airline fare rules; handling fees are non-refundable.
• Visa fees are non-refundable once submitted.
• Land-tour cancellation fees are as follows:

• 45+ days before arrival: 10%
• 30–44 days before arrival: 25%
• 15–29 days before arrival: 50%

• 8–14 days before arrival: 75%
• 7 days or less / no-show: 100%

• No refund is provided for unused services.
• Peak-season tours, luxury hotels, cruises or special events may have higher cancellation charges.
• If we cancel the tour because of unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative tour or a full refund.
• Refunds are processed within 30 business days; transaction fees are non-refundable.

5. Changes to itineraries

• We reserve the right to change itineraries, accommodation or transportation because of weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Client-requested changes must be made in writing and may incur additional charges.

6. Passports, visas and immigration

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas and all necessary travel documents.
• We are not liable for issues arising from incomplete, invalid or non-compliant documents.

7. Personal information

• Your personal information may be shared with service providers, customs, immigration and security or credit-checking organisations where needed to provide services.
• By making a booking, you consent to the use of that information.
• We may use your contact details for marketing purposes unless you opt out.

8. Travel insurance

• We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from inadequate or missing travel insurance.

9. Health and safety

• Clients must ensure they are in good health and fit to travel.
• Please disclose medical conditions and dietary restrictions before booking.
• Failure to disclose relevant information may result in denial of services without a refund.
• Clients should follow local health and safety guidance at all times.

10. Responsibility and liability

• Viet WorkPress acts as an agent for third-party service providers.
• We are not liable for issues arising from hotels, airlines, transport operators or other suppliers.
• We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
• Claims must be submitted in writing within 15 days after the tour ends.

11. Behaviour and conduct

• We expect clients to behave respectfully toward fellow travellers, staff and local communities.
• Disruptive or unlawful conduct may result in removal from the tour without refund.
• Clients are liable for damage caused by their actions.

12. Complaints

• Any complaints during travel should be reported immediately to your local guide or our company.
• Post-trip complaints must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the tour completion.

13. Force majeure

• We are not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes or government actions.
• We may amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

14. Intellectual property

• All content on this website, including text, images and graphics, is the property of Viet WorkPress.
• It may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our permission.

15. Privacy policy

• We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
